The Board of Directors oversees all operations and affairs of Watson Memorial Home. It consists of nine members serving staggered three-year terms. Officers are elected annually and may serve multiple terms.

Board Structure and Responsibilities:

• Directors serve three-year terms, with three members elected each year.
• Vacancies are filled by presidential appointment and confirmed at the next board meeting.
• Officers are selected from the board and include a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
• The Executive Committee, made up of the officers, holds authority when the full board is not in session.
• The board meets quarterly and holds an annual meeting each January.
